Individual Therapy
I specialize in helping people manage their anxiety and stress, cope with symptoms of panic disorder and OCD, and improve their communication skills, boundary-setting, and emotion regulation. I utilize evidence-based techniques from ACT, DBT, CBT, MBSR, and MI—tailoring each to the unique needs and goals of each client. Where appropriate and if desired, I also help clients clarify and develop their spirituality and process any religious trauma they've experienced.
Couples Therapy
I help couples improve their communication and conflict resolution, manage relationship stressors, increase their perspective-taking ability and empathy for one another, and build a meaningful relationship grounded in shared goals and values.
